Nod32, v3 and Microsoft office Outlook

    The Nod AV shows that the Email protection is enabled, but when I go to the overview of individual modules, the Email protection shows "o" messages scanned. It seems that the Email protection Is not working at all.. I hope someone can help me...

    The counter shows only messages scanned since the last ekrn.exe start (in most cases computer start).

    You can also open The Advanced Setup Tree (press F5) , navigate to the Email protection -> Email clients and make sure your email client software (aka Office Outlook) is checked. Confirm with OK

    I did what you said, but it did not work...

    I solved the problem. It was macrosoft outlook that had disable the Nod AV.
    Thanks anyway....
