    HI Everybody,

I have been a user of Free AVG for many years until now! In the last 10 days I got hit with something and no matter what I did I could not fully recover. So I got a new drive and started rebuilding my programs/file system from scratch.

I learned of Nod 32 from Leo Laporte, so I am giving it a try. I downloaded the Nod32 trial version 2 days. Scanned the drive in question and it found a few more things that malware bytes and Free AVG didn't find.

I use the old drive to recover some of my files, but I keep getting an error message from Nod32. I have attached an image so you can see it.

It says "Alert, threat found". "Olmarik.axy trojan". When I click on clean, I get an error that says "error while cleaning".

    Can anybody help with this?

    Thanks,

    David

Please try running the TDL4 (Olmarik) cleaner downloadable from here.
