    hi there,
I recently Installed NOD32 anti virus, previously i was using Kaspersky
i herd alot of good things about Nod32 and that its alot lighter on the system,
till now im preety much satisfied with it but the only thing that has got me worried and confused is that nod32 shows only 632023 Scanned files
but Kaspersky showed about 1210045 scanned files and i also tired the online scan from panda anti virus website
that also showed me about 1015064 files scanned

and i did configure nod32 to scan all files, here's the link to the guide i followed to configure nod32
    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=37509

can someone please explain to me why nod32 shows fewer scanned files then kaspersky and panda?
    thanks

On my pc, KAV(online) scans 29718 files, while NOD scans 119805 files...
    - I know, this is because KAV do not count files it scans within archives.

Maybe NOD does the same when it scans certain things (archives, packers etc.)
