Have run both NOD32 and Uniblue Power suite (registry cleaner etc) for about 2 years - now on installing new updated version of Uniblue I get a message saying EST prevented installation. So far have been unsuccessful in configuring exceptions etc etc and have had to revert to older version of Uniblue.
    Anyone any ideas?

Uniblue software is classified as a potentially unwanted application as an in-depth analyzis of the software discovered behavior typical for potentially unwanted applications (PUA). Detection of PUA is optional; it's up to each user whether he/she wants to detect them. You should contact Uniblue and ask them to remove the compatibility check as you'd like to use their products while keeping them excluded from detection in EAV.

I would agree completely with the comments that Marcos made !
Uniblue applications riddle freeware sites, therefore I deem them potentially unwanted

if you want a registry cleaner, cCleaner does a nice job for free.

Pirinform's CCleaner certainly beats any Uniblue product ! I fully concur with webyourbusiness
