I have had NOD32 on my computer for sometime now, I also have KAV. But because of KAV's lack of a pop3 scanning (I don't use Outlook), I have always used NOD as my on access scanner due to it's pop3 scanner . Anyways, I have always wondered how you really know if the email scanner is working. Today I found out, I received and email infected with the W32.NetskyC.worm and NOD stopped it cold. Sure KAV would probably have caught it once it was on the HD in the mail database but who wants it to get that far. So a thumbs up for NOD :) Now I have to determine who it is that has me in their address book that is infected :doubt:

But don't forget that the W32.NetskyC.worm sends itself out spoofing the E-Mail address. That means, that the Virus was sent to you by someone who has your E-Mail address AND the senders E-Mail address on his PC.
    Difficult job, good luck ;)
