Our company uses Rescue and also is a reseller for NOD32. If we are on the computer with a LogMeIn session and then install v4.0 it detects us as a NewPE virus and wants to remove us.

Now clicking on the ignore doesn't really work because it's just detecting a C:\Windows\Temp file.

    Any decent workaround for this?

Do you mean it's detecting Rescue or LogMeIn as the threat?

I use LogMeIn as well on several computers and different versions of NOD. I usually exclude the program directory due to it being flagged before as a possible threat.

You can temporarily disable real-time protection, restore the file from quarantine and submit it to the ESET lab per the instructions here.
