NOD32 License Key

Some help here pls, I had to reformat my friends HDD as something went wrong with his HDD after I installed SP3 for XP, anyhow I wont get into details. Anyhow after the format he lost all his emails and in there was also his NOD32 license key.

Is there anyway that I can retrieve his license key to help re-install NOD32 for him.

I've done that about over 1 hr ago and still no email from Eset, how long does it normally take.

 

If you purchased through www.eset.com, you should receive the registration email within a couple of minutes at latest. If you purchased through your local distributor or reseller, you should contact them.

 

It was purchased directly through Eset online.

 

It's been over 20 hrs now and still no reply from Eset re my Key, sorry to say but this is just slow and ridiculous. I would of expected better than this.

 

If it was just purchased, then yes I would say slow but If it is a license recovery, then please keep In mind this more on the customer support side and your not there only customer. As popular as Eset/nod Is, can you just imagine the amount of emails/calls per day they receive.I have had other companys take days for even a response.You may want to send another email.

 

it's an automated database query....

if the email address is accurate, the email is sent almost immediately - so obviously check spam folders.

If the license is expired by more than 30 days, it will not be sent I recall hearing.

 

Hello! every time i request my lisences from www.eset.com/support lisence .. they take over 3 or 4 hour s to send me that email jajaaja yeah takes for ever .. sucks

This post concerns my friends key but also the same fate has happened to me, but I bought mine of Simple Security Solutions.

 

Always a good idea to log your licence keys down on paper for future refrences,In case one needs a fresh install of windows or apps.
