NOD32 In depth Scan not working

I went to do an in depth scan with NOD32 antivirus and it does nothing when press button - nor do any of the others scans work anymore - the threat modules all show active.

I check and repaired hard drive disk and not any different. I did the online scan you provide and it detected a virus and quarantined them, so that maybe the problem. It still didn't work however after removing these.

Whats the best way to proceed? Should I delete and reinstall or anyway to repair/check program?

I would recommend reinstalling the ESET software with the latest build, 4.0.467.
