NOD32 hangs

Hello,

Whenever NOD32 is encountering MountPointManagerRemoteDatabase, it is hanging. Any remedy for this?

Exclusions in AMON (exclude the whole folder)
plus / or
Set the extensions which you want to be scanned or excluded

 

no luck. even exclusion doesnt make any difference. it still hangs.

It is still hanging at the same place. Can anyone tell me that when I specified the file to be excluded in AMON by specifying the path and folder, why should NOD32 even go there?

Thanks a lot. The problem has been solved (after losing the best version of NOD32). Now I have to take care of the issues related to ekrn.exe and programs routed through it bypassing firewall.

i also got these issue in v2.7
i think everybody who got some issue in 2.7 should migrate to v3
to make v3 best as v2
