NOD32 for Windows2003, system service ?

    Hi,
    I'm intrested in purchasing NOD32 for windows 2003 server
    It's being used as web sites server.
    Does NOD32 works as system service ? and will run each time server restarts ?

    Or is it loads only when a user log in to the server ?

    It soemthing about server version in the site. I couldn't find it in the trial/purchase page.
    What license do i need ? a single license will do ? (since it's only 1 server.)
