This is completely wrong. If you submit a false positive by following these instructions they will sure be handled with the highest priority.

You were right, this is a false positive. The file is removed from the 4388 definition. Virus researcher who helped me asked me to explain to you how to send files for analysis, but because of ESET have done a very good article on how to do step-by-step, I encourage you to review the article to which Marcos kindly provide.
How to submit virus or potential false positive samples to ESET's labs

    Good luck! :)

    Thank you fixer.

However, what is the point of having a submit for analysis option within NOD32?

    You're welcome! :)

I ask the same question one of virus researcher of ESET and he told me that the fastest option to check your send files is e-mal (samples @ eset.com).

Submit for analysis (ThreatSense.NET) is used rather to create statistics for the most frequently detected malware to be drawn up every month. Through it can be sent and files, but are rarely checked.
