The latest update of Google Desktop (Google Desktop 5.1.0707.23222-en-pb) is reported by the advanced heuristics as a possible threat with NOD32 2.70.39 2442 (Adv. Heuristics 1164 1.065 20070802) :(

A workaround is to exclude the google desktop search folder and subfolders in AMON, otherwise it won't run.

I hope this can be fixed by ESET.

Where do you send false positives to, is it still the same as described in the FAQ?

Send file, which is signed as malware to ESET tech support with some information.
