I just reinstalled the whole Windows XP and also NOD32 . After reboot it downloaded the fresh updates .I was wondering if they are correct (see the screenshot) because during update NOD32 downloaded engine001 file and I can't see it in the screenshot.

Also here is the information :

    NOD32 antivirus system information
Virus signature database version: 1.1549 (20060519)
    Dated: 19 May 2006
    Virus signature database build: 7306

Information on other scanner support parts
Advanced heuristics module version: 1.028 (20060324)
    Advanced heuristics module build: 1107
    Internet filter version: 1.002 (20040708 )
    Internet filter build: 1013
Archive support module version: 1.044 (20060424)
Archive support module build version: 1155

The image is from C:\program files\eset
    Thanks :thumb:

my question here is about the updver and lastupd.ver files in the updfiles folder?....shouldnt these 2 files hold the latest virus downloads i have made or i,m i missing something?,just downloaded 1.1550 and the files dont have them as the latest virus version or say that advheur1 is 1.029...says its 1.1549 and its engine1...before it was engine2o_Owhy is it engine1 now??
and the next time i open lastupd.ver it says i have 1.1550 and the next it says something diffrent, why change every timeo_O?
and i have a file in the updfiles nod6EF1 and open it says engine1 version 1.1549 not 1.1550....
    in the lastupd.ver you have engine0=version 1.1455 and engine1=version 1.1549(next time it says 1.1550) and sometimes i have engine2=1.1547(shouldnt nod6EF1 have version 1.1547=engine2)o_O

bad english i know but hope someone understand what i,m asking=)

    thanks again

Don't look at engine files, have a look at the information about installed NOD32 in your Control center or you still will be confused.

I understand but everyone will get confised with so many numbers ... :D
Yes , never look what NOD32 downloads , it knows better than us . Only look in its Control Center -> NOD32 System Tools -> Information
