NOD32 & Cannot access, file locked vista

Latest Version NOD32. Vista.

this occurs every time I try to scan my vista partition.


When I have NOD32 sacn my Vista, it scans all files but there are a few thousand that it reports as:-

C:\Windows\CSC\v2.0.6\pq - error opening (Access denied) {4}

or

C:\Windows\SE6B41CF2.tmp - error opening (file locked) <4>

and many others.
and others, I'm doing a scan now to see what way it works this time as I
selected the folders rather than the drives for it to scan.

Any ideas, Out of curiosity I tried other anti-virus programs and they scan all the files. I use the "N" part of NOD32, not the control Centre.
