NOD32 AV5 Wont Activate more than 1 pc

Got two problems,firstly i have a license for 3 pcs and it will only activate one of them.

Secondly my gf has a license for 2 years but it wont activate hers?

Anyone with similar problems?

I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Please try the following:

- make sure that an Internet connection is established
- in the activation window, choose to activate using a username/password
- if a username and password is already entered, change either one a bit
- confirm the change by clicking Activate
- open the activation window again
- now enter your username and password correctly
- click Activate
