NOD32 Antvirus 4 is decreasing WLAN Performance with default settings.

WLAN: 5Ghz Router DLINK DIR 855, WLAN Card Intel 5100AGN, Windows 7 SP1 x64 all patches installed, latest driver from Intel. WPA2 PSK AES.

    Without NOD32 Antivirus 4 installed I get 96Mbit/s Download and 7Mbit/s Upload on Speedtest.net.

With NOD32 Antivirus 4 (latest Version) installed with default settings I get 1 Mbit/s Download and 7 Mbit/s Upload.

Even if NOD32 Antivirus 4 (latest Version) is deactivated I will not get better Performance. The Performance goes back to normal Speed when NOD32 Antivirus is completely deinstalled.

So what's going wrong here. In my eyes it is not acceptable that a antvirus solution breaks down network throughput in that way.
