nod32 and window washer 6.5

i been haviing a problem since installing the new version of wwasher 6.5 it has been using a lot of memory like close to 200.000 in a 48 hour time and i have a ticket with webroot and webroot thinks it is nod32 might be the problem that the two dont play good together i had to unstalled 6.5 and put back in 6.0 with 6.0 no problems i am wondering if anybody else is using nod and new version of wwasher 6.5 having the same problems i have 3 machines and it is happening on all high memory the washer service is what is going up in memory i hope i am asking about this problem is in the right part of the forums thank you

I am running Nod32 and Window Washer 6.5 on Vista Home Premium.
I have had no problems with either. and certainly no conflicts.
