    You don't have detection of potentially unwanted applications enabled.

    After updating the virus base 5401 AV begin detect Win32/Tifaut.C.

    Category of the potentially unwanted applications include detection of various techniques and technologies frequently abused by malware.
    That's why the NOD32/ESS could sometimes proactively discover unknown piece of malware when the PUA is enabled.
    When the analysis is complete the sample is classified in a category where it belongs exactly as happened in your case.
