Since install 2.7 the "downloading nod32" appears on EVERYTHING I download.

This never happened before unless it was a hugh file or slow to DL.

any comments is this a bug? It slows all my DL. I need to fix this.

    :( See pic:

Check to see if Client compatibility is set to Higher efficiency in IMON.

Under Imon\Miscellaneous\Display. It is set by default to show that message for "larger" downloads. The transparency can be adjusted or it can be completely disabled by removing the check.

Yes, exactly. If you set it to Higher Compatibility, does it make a difference?

    Blackspear where are you!

This is bound to be a bug.

I cannot disable the process. Even unchecking does not stop this from happening!

I re-installed 2.5 and it went away! so it must have something to do with 2.7

Have you adjusted your Browser[User agent] setting to Higher Compatibility as has already been suggested ?

Out washing the car, well the car wash was  :D There are plenty of well versed NOD32 users hanging around, one such person is my southern friend Bubba.

No not yet, lets keep trying stuff first before bring in the Pet Control guys ;) :D

This probably depends upon your understanding of how NOD32 handles large files.

I would try reinstalling a FRESH copy of NOD32 v2.7 and then complete what Bubba has asked of you...

    Cheers :D

    Wunderbar!!!!

"Well Bubba you is right." Although, I had already tried that (I thought anyway).

Apparently it must be as follows IMON= Mozilla 5.0 at higher Compatibility- to stop the delay as I experienced it.

Thanks to all. This is indeed a great forum populated by knowledgeable folk.

    :D
