NOD32 2.7 Installation Error 111

Hi
Have been trying to get NOD installed on a PC and it keeps giving me error stating

(111) Disk Error NOD32MOD_WINNT_ENGLISH_BASE

I have tried a number of things that I found on this site but none seemed to work. I have changed the TEMP and TMP environment variables to c:\temp and ran the nentenst.exe /test with the following result

Also i have ran a disk cleanup, this PC hasn't had NOD on it before and its a Windows XP Pro system.

Please help as I am running out of ideas.

Just to make sure, does the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs" actually exist?
