When installing NOD32 on Small Business Server (which includes Exchange) I've always just installed the XMON version as it includes the LAN update functionality as well.

However now that NOD32 2.7 has been released I'm wondering whether it would be possible to install the XMON version of NOD32 first, and then install the NOD32 2.7 LAN update version over the top of it to at least update the majority of NOD32 components.

Can this be done and should it be done? Or must I wait until a newer version of NOD32 for Exchange is released.

    Regards

My suggestion would be to wait until a newer version of NOD32 for Exchange is released since for one thing the version of AMON included with NOD32 for Exchange is pre-configured with different settings.

    Cheers :)
