How is the experience with NOD Netherlands from other resellers/users? The last codes I got often result in no email from eset, when i try to call them they are almost always busy, I had to ask 3 times for the invoices and when i finally got the they were incorrect. When I mailed them regarding the activation problem this was the answer.. 1. incorrect SN (e.g. capital letter instead of lower case letter) 2. server down 3. registration is sent - but the client mail server treats the e-mail as a junk... 4. ISP problems... The first 25 codes were no problem at all, but as it seems I now have all kinds of problems with my mail and ISP and they think I'm retyping the codes wrong (yeah right...copy and paste?) This happens at customers homes and businesses but now I activate here (because of these problems) but I get the same problems. Anyone else having difficulties with the dutch branche? Rene Luijt

Problems should become smaller and disappear Maar heb wel goed contact gehad ; ze zijn recent verhuisd met alle beslommeringen van dien. de problemen moeten nu afnemen / over zijn
In one word......terrible!!! Just look at the site for the latest downloads etc. http://www.nod32.nl and I have asked a few questions before and never got one answer, so.....You better ask your questions through this forum or the US. Gewoon slecht man!!!
I've had no problems at all. All questions i ever had (by mail) were correctly answered within a reasonable time.
