    Hello,

How safe is to open TCP port 2222 from the Internet to allow remote NOD32 clients to connect to the remote administrator server ?

I disallow blank password. Is it enough to secure my installation over an Internet link ?

    Thanks for your help!

I am not sure if the client communications to the RAS are encrypted/encoded in any way, so you may want to use a unique password for that part instead of one that is shared for your unlock password or mirror password. We have been running our RAS in a DMZ so mobile users can report in status without having to connect over the VPN for several months now and it seems to be working fine.
