I've been using LnS since 2006 after purchasing 2 licenses. Recently I had to re-format my laptop and since then have been unable to activate my 2nd license on the laptop. I have contacted LnS several times over the last month regarding this using the online form and have not received a single response. I have been monitoring my spam folder and there is nothing in there either. Now the 30d trial is up so the firewall is pretty much useless to me. I've tried once more to contact LnS today but am not holding out much hope of a response. Any suggestions?
