Using bootable copy of TI 9 to clone a harddisk to deploy several identical workstations. This problem seems to happen intermittently. I boot from the TI disk, select "Clone disk" and "Automatic" and TI sees both the "from" and the "to" drives, I select "proceed".... and nothing.

Both progress bars just sit there blank. Til doomsday, I suppose. I fire up again and restart, and it might work ... or not.

    Hello scooterzz,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please make sure you use the latest build of the corresponding version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Don’t forget to recreate Acronis Bootable Rescue Media after updating.

If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

Please create Acronis Report and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post on the machine in question. Please keep both hard drives connected while creating Acronis Report and Linux system information.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

Please note that according to Acronis License Policy you have to purchase one copy of Acronis True Image per every machine it will be used to manage.

    Thank you.
