No more taskbar Icon, since trial expired?

    My trial for the free version expired a few days ago.
    I now notice that there is no taskbar icon for ewido.
    But I still have at least one ewido process running: ewidoctrl.exe

    Is ewido antimalware still running?

    Do i still have any real time protection?

    any help appreciated

    No, no real time protection after trial period

    The ewido process is still there as you can still do manual scans either from the GUI or right click context menu.
