No more high end AGP cards for gamers from ATI.

Gamers have been wondering if ATI will continue to support AGP with their new chipsets coming out next month.

Maybe NVIDIA wont support AGP in the future, either......The research costs of the new technology is hitting the industry hard, and I guess they are more or less forced to move away from older technology like AGP.....

 

Nvidia ships 6800XT for AGP

Nvidia has announced that it will ship an AGP version of the 6800XT. This is not a high end card, like the ATI X850 PE. It is a mid range card.
