no hard disk drive

  1. hello,
    fist of all, sorry for my bad englisch, but i am from germany.
    i am have bought acronis true image 6.0 and i have a problem:
    when i want to boot from the disk the programm tells me that no hard disk drive has been found. I have installed the latest update. i don't know what to do? what can i do??

    When did you buy that TI 6.0? It is very old, and should not be sold by anyone, anywhere. You say you have the latest update - which update/build number is that?

    What is your motherboard? What kind of disks? What kind of disk controllers?

    First of all, your English is quite good and there is no reason to worry. We regret to inform you that we do not support Acronis True Image 6.0 because it is very old version. However, you may purchase the upgrade to Acronis True Image 8.0 at our on-line store. This version does support much more models of hardware and threre should be no problems then.
