I need to purchase the "Family Pack 3-users", but there is no buy button.
There is one for present customers wanting to renew, but I am a new customer.

I have been out in the sun a lot, am I just missing it? lol:D

You're right, it's not direct from ESET, it's the one that Firecat has in his sig.

Sorry but I can't see that page because I get redirected, but I believe that the prices are the same if that helps any ?

    Cheers :)

That's strange. I see all the buttons just fine. Which browser are you using? Is Javascript enabled?

    Sorry for your trouble.

It was a filter blocking the buttons. I turned off all filters, and it shows up now.

Wonder why it just blocked the first set of buttons and not allo_O
    Anyway, problem solved.

    Thanks all for your help.

I think I have an answer for you. I took a look at the HTTP source code for that webpage. The code for the first set of buttons is slightly different than the code for the rest of buttons on the page. For whatever reason, this difference was enough for your filter to hide the first set but not all the others.

That concept of redirection to a local website is quiet bad for me. I also wanted to buy from eset website, but was redirected to a local site which has no buy or purchase buttons etc., only way was to contact via email. The result was that I bought the wrong license. Eset should check the webseites to which they redirect.

Well, I am still having problems. I have the "BUY" buttons showing up, but now I am getting java errors and nothing happens when I click on them.

INFO: I am on a "very secured" work computer which I am buying NOD32 for it. I buy items online from this computer all the time (with the filters ON). The link posted by "NOD32 user" in reply to me WORKS to purchase, but I don't know the site, and I worry about giving my info to a site I do not fully trust (my info, credit card,... has been stolen before online).

I will try to buy from my home computer when I get off work. I will let you know how it goes.

If it helps the owner of the site is a also a long term member here at Wilders and I believe that Blackspear also knows him personally.
Many others have purchased from that same site and reported their good experience back to us all.

    Cheers :)

    A few miscellaneous notes...

This has to do with JavaScript, not Java.

You really should enable JavaScript for Eset.com, since portions of the site rely on it. I know, I know...
