no accents with safeonline

hi.

i can't use accents in letters (like á ê ã) when safeonline configuration is above Low for HTTP sites and above High for HTTPS. In portuguese we use too much accents. Please fix it.

version 3.0.5.50 tested in firefox 3.6 and opera 10.5.
using with MSE and Online Armor. Win7 32.

my win7 is in brazilian portuguese and my keyboard too (they call ABNT layout).
