NKVD.US/1507/ What to do about it?

I read what others have done and can not seem to figure out how to get a logfile up to see if I am making progress. I ran the cwshredder program once and still have problem. Suggestions

 

It would seem that you have one of the latest versions of a coolweb infestation. The latest version of CWShredder should remove this one. Please download from CWShredder.

Unzip and run the program. Click on "fix", and when it finishes, reboot.

To post a hijack this log:-

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.
