We are looking at ordering some tablets (motion if anyone cares). We are wondering what is the best way to create one image and push the image to another tablet without a floppy or CD drive. I search thru a few threads and saw users trying to create a bootable USB but sounds like a lot of work.

Thanks for any support on this. We haven't purchased true image yet but are thinking about it over ghost.

    Hello PDub,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

We regret to inform you that current version of Acronis True Image cannot be used in Tablet PC. If you are able to plug the hard disk of Tablet PC to ordinary computer (desktop or laptop doesn't matter) and it is recognized as hard disk (not removable media) you will be able to create and restore the image of this hard disk.

    Thank you.

Is there a network version that can pull an image and then push it to another tablet?

    Thanks for your response.

    Hello Pdub,

We regret to inform you that current version of Acronis True Image is not able to restore image to the remote computer. However, you may reate images of the remote machine using Acronis True Image 8.0 Corporate Workstation and Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server.

    Thank you.
