Newbie... problem with software

    Hi,

    I've just downloaded an evaluation version of Smart Security 4 however every time I enter the username and password supplied it doesn't update and informs me they're wrong? Is the server down that does updates? Is there a server status page?

    Hello x2srj,

    Try copying and pasting the Username and Password into notepad then copy it from notepad and paste it into your ESET Smart Security. This will strip any odd spaces that an email program may add which can cause the issue that you are having.
