    Hi friends,
I have two pictures I'd like to make one. I have a picture of a man I'd like to put over a picture of a flag for a presidential candidate funny. The only way I can think to get him over the flag, though, is to use some sort of "Paint" application and trace around his body, then cut and paste. And I don't want to do that...is there anything that could make it look a little more...I don't know, artistic, rather than the pixilation caused by Paint?
    Thanks!

Any good image editing software which supports "layering" should
allow you to do that, but learning how to create & merge layers takes a
steep learning curve if you have never done it.

Adobe Photoshop and Paint.NET come immediately to mind, but there
are several others, some freeware, some not.

    ian2sunny-

Here are a couple of very informative threads on what you want to accomplish-

Start at Post 10 by Uguel on the photofiltre thread..

They will take some reading and you will need Photofiltre or Paint Shop Pro-
Adobe Photoshop can also do what you want, most graphics progs can...
It does take some practice....and it is a steep learning curve, you're right FadeAway..:D

    Good Luck!

    Hello,
Maybe try GIMP, it's free and powerful, but it's NOT an easy program.

Another package worth looking at is Ulead's PhotoImpact.
