used PBR 2013 for some time--Then tried to restore sys bu--received this error on ALL backups that worked ok before(some error occurred : can't open/create file) I reinstalled PBR 2013 and got PBR 2014. had trouble navigating ---but was able to(I think) make image of C: Only to get the same message--(some error occurred : can't open/create file) I they'd to find YouTube video of PBR 2014 to no anvil So that is why I am here. CAN SOMEONE HELP Remember I am not very teck savy. Thank You gary12
