    All

be aware it's not the final realease yet.

But I've tried it and it works like sunshine. All my bugs are gone.

Unfortunately I still can't get it working with my Dutch version of Outlook

I wouldn't try it if they paid me, they have totally messed up ZA's rep since the new company took them over, it has been one problem after another.

i havn't tried this new kaspersky engine-based zonealarm suite, but ive noticed when i go to their website, it just doesnt feel the same, where is the colourfull child-friendly website and its famous icon?

and this is just the website alone, probably relates to the software.

just curious, can someone who uses it please post some screenshots for me.

well same old problem.............very very slow start-up........

i am happy for people for whom this have worked........but it certainly hasn't for me on a pc which has never troubled me with any other security software even during beta-testing.....

and certainly checkpoint does not expect me to upgrade from an earlier version....

sadly this is my last try at zonealarm................i am completely fed-up with checkpoint and the versions they have released since they took over...

Yes it surely does slow the pc at startup as I had also mentioned earlier in my previous post and its sickening to say the least this issue is not being addressed at all.....:(

and its mainly due to two instances of "scanningprocess.exe" which started during start-up..........
i am really diss-appointed to say the least......

Lack of problems are the reason I never updated beyond ZA Pro ver. 6.1.744.001

I have just gone across to their forums and the "Forum-Moderator" has stated that this build has serious bugs and will not be released officially........

So,please wait for the official build to made available by zonealarm........and my sincere apologies to fellow members...

    Right.Here is a post from the Forum-Moderator:

As far as other websites posting the link to the binary. Well all they will do is damage there reputations. When people download from a link given by there site to an unsupported and a program with some serious bugs and people start having problem it will come back to them because we never released it.

Just because its on our servers does not mean its for the public. If it was for public use we would have links to it from our website.
By trolling though and looking for files that are not on our public website that action is a form of hacking of our servers which is an illegal activity.

Practically Major Geeks hacked their servers . Too bad for their reputation...

I 'm beginning to think that i will never use my ZA antivirus key.Or maybe i will "donate" it to my worst enemy. :D I bought a supposedly famous firewall and antivirus and i ended up running freebies instead. How ironic can that be...

I tried it as well. But it really was more buggy than .302
I'm just sticking to good old Kaspersky:thumb:

the new version may be buggy, but people should not be using versions that are just 'located on the server' and are neither beta nor released versions.

i think people have just been snooping around the server for something new to try and more fool the users, if it is worse.

    You are so right.
they don't have the right to go on their server.

Well they all created the big fuss which is also extra publicity for ZoneAlarm

As noted on CReal's post above....these releases were not quite ready for prime time and as such the links were removed. On behalf of the Wilders Team....sorry for not catching this sooner especially the direct download links which We would prefer not to have posted but rather a direct link to the products download site.

We'll also bring this thread to a close and await future postings of official releases.

    Regards,
    Bubba

That build should also be removed from other web sites.
