new vga may improve youtube and overall flash playing?

    as topic says , if i buy a new vga card , will playing any flash / html 5 get speed improved?

    Yes , it will . Hardware acceleration does some miracles.

    Right! It is impossible to determine if a new card will offer improvement over your old card when we don't know what your old card is, or what it is capable of.

    I will say this, graphics cards are often the most power hungry devices in our computers - often much more so than the CPU. Therefore, you MUST ensure your power supply is capable of supporting any new card under consideration - not just in power (primarily the available current on the +12V rail) but also the necessary power connections as many new cards require more power than can be delivered through the motherboard interface/slot.
