Yesterday I was loading Ashampoo Powerup XP and NOD32 version 2 reported a DLL file infected with Win32/TrojanDownloader.Rameh.B trojan. NOD32 offered only to delete the DLL file.

Is there a fix for this trojan

Trojans rarely have fixes and the only cure is to delete the infected file

normally the whole file is the trojan itself

depending where you tried to download from, whether it's a false alarm or whether there is an infection

as Ashampoo is normally a respectible download I would seek a second opinion & send the file to NOD for analysis to make sure before deleting it
