New to acronis

Hi i am new to acronis.I downloaded disk director 10 from acronis but during the installation the rogram asks me to register a user but every time i try to enter my settings i get the same error message wich says the user cant be registered.Itried installin on 2 different pc but still the same message can any one please help me this is urgent!!!??

 

Is this a full version (ie. paid for) or the demo version that is causing the problem?

Is it definitely asking you to register a user, rather than a serial number?

What OS are you running and if 2K or XP do you have a number of users set up?
