New task scheduler in my pc

I have this task scheduler in my pc anyone have a clue how it was added?
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe /NOUACCHECK


I have scanned with malwarebytes,spybot,hitman pro,zemana antimalware,eset,emsisoft emeergency.
Nothing was found.

 

That's a task implemented in some builds of Windows 10 before November Update came up.

I have disabled it, I see no reason to have a task to bypass UAC. Deleting it does not help, it gets recreated, not sure, if disabling is permanent, I do it daily.

schtasks /Change /TN "CreateExplorerShellUnelevatedTask" /Disable
