The idea is to have something to reward small contributors which not yet qualify for a perpetual contributor cert, and to allow selected users to modify the user mode components without the need to enable driver test signing.

    Sandboxie-Plus Developer Certificate
The Sandboxie-Plus Developer Certificate is tailored for developers, researchers, and advanced users who wish to experiment with or extend the user-mode components of Sandboxie-Plus while relying on the original signed driver. It includes all features of the Home Certificate and the Advanced Encryption Pack, and has likewise a validity duration of one year, for security reasons this product provides a activation key that must be used online, instead of a traditional offline-usable certificate file. However, it can be activated on any number of devices, generating individual HWID bound device certificates, offering maximum flexibility for development and testing setups.

    Key Features
    • All features of the Home Certificate
    • Includes the Advanced Encryption Pack
    • Unlimited device activation (online key-based)
    • Developer mode: disables integrity verification of user-mode components, enabling custom forks and testing while retaining a secure, signed kernel driver. No Test-signing required, compatible with enabled secure boot.
    This Certificate is ideal for:
    • Developing and testing custom user-mode components
    • Educational use and experimentation
    • Contributing enhancements to the Sandboxie-Plus ecosystem
    • Non-commercial, personal research
Community Support: As a thank you to our community, meaningful contributors to the Sandboxie-Plus project are eligible to receive a free lifetime CONTRIBUTOR Supporter Certificate.

Should I post it on the website for a price? It would draw attention to the option of earning a contributor certificate.

Just realized I should add the insider access to the private github repo, as available for great patreons to that developer option...
