following my install of RA I rolled out a package to all my clients but when I look at the last event for all of the clients I see that they are reporting Update attempt failed (Incorrect username or password). What did I do wrong?

How are you configuring them to get their updates? If http to a local mirror...no user/pass required. If setting them to update from Esets public update servers..such as laptop users, then I'd check the user/pass that you deployed in their config.

and I'd recommend your local mirror via httpd - it's a lot less configuration in my experience.
