Just remove the ":D" emo from the original URL and it should be fine ;)

For me the 'RedX' on the Panda CAV icon in the sys tray seems to be linked to the check mark vanishing from the dialogue that says "let Panda manage....".
I can put it back in, but it does not 'stick'
    Perhaps 1.1 will fix it?

If you stop PCA it still says there are no security problems. simple fix later on tho.

On the download page they mention a couple of hot fixes. I did not have these installed. I'm not sure how we are supposed to learn that hot fixes are available. Is it assumed that we keep checking the cloud forum to stay up with hot fixes?

I just gave this a quick test against 40 newish threats in VPC. Other than the fact that one managed to disable the program until a reboot it did fairly well. It blocked 37 of them from launching, the rest were detected by a full scan. There are still some traces left over, but PCAV did really well in my books.

It seems upon further messing around in the VPC has left PCAV completely disabled, "Error 1"

Hotfixes are normally just silently put out and not normally put out on the forums.

I hate to seem dense, but what is the general procedure to stay up-to-date?

The forum is a real good place to stay up to date. That's where you can get info on updates, big fixes, and new releases.

well, pbust is another good way to stay informed. Wonder where he is?

About time for AV-C to release some new data and I wonder if the vendors have been informed and trying to figure it all out.

Anyone know when the AV-C test results are going to be released?

I am so curious of how Panda is going to do, some tests show them at the top and some show them way down low. We will finally know if they have improved or not.
