I have some new malwares but I've submitted to ESET some a few weeks ago and nothing happened.
How can I be sure that my e-mail will be analyse and the malware added. They are real malwares detected by other AVs. (Scanned on Virustotal and jotti's)

Should I include something special on the subject of the e-mail or what?

If I find more than one 1 malware, I usually put em all in a zip and use NOD to send them to Eset. That way I'm sure that no other antivirus on a mail server removes the zip (and samples) from the mail.

Just an idea as I don't know if you have your own server and so on ;)

Drop me a PM with your email address. It's likely the samples were corrupted, or they shoudn't be classified as malware.
