New License Purchase with Existing License

Hi, I presently have a 1-pc license that expires in March 2012. I'm going to purchase a 2-pc, 2-yr license this weekend while they have the cyber weekend 2011 sale. How does this puchase affect my existing license? Does it just extend my current 1-pc license to March 2014 and start the other new pc license for two years? Since they seem to keep the same user id and password for a license renewal, how does the system keep track of a new multi-pc/multi-year license when you presently have time left on your current license?

If you bought a new license (CyberMonday special or otherwise) from our website, it will not extend your current license. It will run concurrent with your existing license and does not function the same as a renewal.
