    Hello,

in a few days I'll activate a new, different key, in a computer already present in WEB console with the old one.

Are there steps to do in order not to have duplicate entry in the WEB console or I simply activate the new one and after a scan the old entry disappear and the new one stays there?

    Thanks in advance

What WSA product do you use? If it's the AV only yes just put the new key in the Online Console and put the new key in WSA and do a scan that's it. If you have WSA-ISP or Complete and if you are using the Back Up & Sync and or Password Manager I would contact the support inbox and get them to add the time of the new keycode to your old one then it will not mess up your Back Up & Sync and or Password Manager. Hello,

    Thanks for the answer.

In this case it's Complete but I didn't use Password Manager or Backup an Sync so that doesn't worry me.

If simply activating the new key leaves only one computer in the console and not also the "ghost" of the old key one.............this is good for me.

Well Complete is good for 5 Devices and if the other key remains after running out then just ask them to remove it from the Console!
