New here - Is there a board for malware help & analysis

Hey guys, great group here, thanks for being such a knowledgeable & kind group.
I have perused the boards quite a bit before, but this is my first post.
Is there a board to announce and receive input on a "in the wild" exploit?

I am a victim but also have the exploit files on hand (I got them by accident and persistence). It is something Microsoft hasn't been able to look into as their "scanner" doesn't find anything from the other people I have contacted with the same exploit.

I am not looking for someone to hold my hand and tell me which scanner to run...but I have a story and 4 important questions to ask about how to resolve certain issues that I haven't been able to find the answer on.
