new hard drive

    Afternoon all,
    I have the following:
    PC with iffy hard drive
    Migrate Easy image on external hard drive
    New hard drive in its bag
    Can anyone run through the steps required to transfer everything from the external hd to the new one??

    USA still the best. But barely.
    Format & partition new HDD with included software or a full copy of XP or other software. Then boot from ext HDD as master. Have new drive as slave. Then follow the prompts in AME. The prompts are way easy & to see what each choice does. Just choose it but don't execute & read the description. And be sure to make new HDD bootable & make decision keep or trash data from source. After you are done reverse jumpers.
