-Apart from the last Matousec.com test results (Nov. 2007),
has anybody seen NEW firewall-test results?

-What about the new Online Armor and Comodo 3.0?
    Are there any performance comparatives?

Has anyone seen results for the Vista firewall at its highest settings?

UAC blocks about one third of all leak tests. About one sixth are not compatible with Vista. That would be a total of one half passed without outbound filtering enabled. From experience I can tell you that the outbound filtering does not check for substitution of the authorized program or for the authorized program being started by another program. It has been said, but I have not verified, that BITS (windows update) may not be spoofed, if the firewall rules are set up correctly.

I think that results on 32-bit systems will be the same. On 64-bit systems MS PatchGuard prevents kernel hooking and many firewalls may fail code injection or OLE/COM leak tests.

    Yep,

That is why the default Vista FireWall (controlled with Vista Fire Wall COntrol free) on 64 bits OS, only fails four tests!

    ;)
