I have had a similar problem with Amazon Prime Music since immediatly after installing FF v 51. Strange, since it's an app. with it's own web GUI and I am able to access Amazon Music through it's website using FF. Previously was able to just open the app. Now I have to sign out and re-sign in every time I want to use it or it will not open. When that happens the only solution is to delete all app data and do a clean reinstall.

Disabled all security programs and apps individually to see if one was the cause but none was.

Amazon Tech is stumped atm and has no solution after all traditional trouble shooting methods failed. Their development team is studying my logs atm. May be just a coinincidence -- dunno.

    50.1.0 (64-bit) -> 51.0.1
Internal updater installed 32-bit over the original 64-bit.

That's pretty weird. You can get 64 bit v51.0.1 here; just choose your language.

I'm seeing this too - nice :thumb:

Regarding multi-process is this going to be a configurable option in "Settings" at some point? I have it enabled through about:config as I don't see a way to turn it on in the UI.

Mine was disabled with the new update (it now shows 0/1 Disabled by add-ons), and it could be due to this:

    to enable...
    type about:config
Search for browser.tabs.remote.autostart and set it to true
    Restart Firefox...
If you still don't have multi-process going on, you can force it.. (better backup profile first)
    again... type about:config
make a new value, right click and select New, Boolean, name it as:
browser.tabs.remote.force-enable and set it to true

to change how many multi-processes Firefox can use,
    type about:config
Search for dom.ipc.processCount and double-click it, and change it value from 1 to something else.
    I have it at 4.

The info is from ghacks.net and it works with the latest firefox, I just compacted the info for you. :)
but be cautious, when you do that, your Firefox might actually run slower... especially on older computers..

Thanks, but I already knew that tweak. I rather not enable anything so I can accurately report any changes, as I see them.

I know why my FF52 multi-process was disabled, and it's due to the installed Web Developer add-on in my work PC.

I have a laptop, without this add-on and only AdBlock+ & NoScript, and multi-process is enabled. Just FYI.
